If you have ordered an item by mistake, please contact us immediately stating your order number (which can be found in your order confirmation e-mail) and that you wish to cancel your order. If an order is cancelled before it is dispatched, we will gladly refund it for you.
If you don’t like your unbranded product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Items must be returned in their original packaging and we will not cover return delivery costs. On the condition that the item is in a re-saleable condition we will happily arrange an exchange or refund.
In the unfortunate event of your order arriving with damage or missing items, damage or shortage must be notified to the carrier and Little and McClean in writing within 7 days of delivery.
Branded, customised products have been designed to your exact specifications and the design is approved by you prior to production so your product should be exactly what you asked for!
If you begin our design process and no longer wish to continue, order cancellation shall be subject to a fee in respect of any work carried out by Little and McClean up to the date of receipt of such notice.
Because design-approved customised products are specific to your exact design and branding, if returned they are not resalable. Therefore, returns are only accepted if a genuine and agreed-upon fault with the product’s manufacture is notified within 5 days of receiving the item.
In the unfortunate event of your order arriving with damage or missing items, damage or shortages must be notified to the carrier and Little and McClean in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
Little and McClean will not be held responsible for a design error in a proof that has been approved by the buyer. Little and McClean reserves the right to resell both returned branded and unbranded packaging.
The title of the goods listed on the invoice passes to the purchaser only upon payment in full being received by the vendor.
